Vintage RLM on YouTube
Having staggered home from Morris Practice the other week laden down with a bulging sack of old VHS tapes and blagged a video player from Steve The Squire the VHS->YouTube process has begun in earnest.
2 performances from the mid 90s have gone up so far (Barrymore Show and James Whale) and have been a great success with over 100 view already!
Even better than the viewing figures was the appearance of our old Squire from the era Kev (aka AntFood) with Gerkin and another bloke :) bowling up to our Xmas Party at FairKytes last Thursday - hail the power of YouTube! Reuniting Morris Sides since 2007!
AntFood tell us that he is upping sticks and emigrating to Oz in the summer of 2008 - best of luck to you from all at Royal Lib.
More classic TV appearances will be winging their way onto the YouTube stage in the new year - next to go up is the 2nd James Whale Show spot with The Hornchurch Horn Dance and blue codpieces. It really has to be seen to be believed!
